ANSWER
For your account security you will be asked to set up a password to your account. You will also be asked to provide a secret question which can be used to prompt you if you are unable to remember your password. If you registered an account prior to 2009 you may not have this set up. If you are unable to remember your password you will need to contact Customer Services who will reset it for you. After that you will be able to re-assign a new password at your leisure using the My Account section.
