Jac

Store Manager

I've been with the company for 15 years. My first role was ladieswear department manager leading a team of 12 staff. Within a year I progressed onto store manager and I'm currently store manager of the Glasgow flagship store, leading a team of 50.

I love my job! No two days are the same; over the years I have built up a very strong, loyal client base who come from all walks of life. I manage a Cruise fashion show each season and attend many charity functions.

I feel privileged to work with and wear the worlds top designer brands and have been involved in buying trips to Milan and Florence.

Jon-Paul

Store Manager

I first joined the company six years ago where I started out as an ASM of Tucci, which is one of many of the company’s stores.

I worked hard developing my leadership and management skills alongside other committed and hardworking individuals and I am now Store Manager of Aston.

Retail work is ever changing and each day is different. Customer service is at the heart of the company and is something which I hold at the cusp of my profession.

The most rewarding part of my job is training new staff and watching them grow and progress within the company, just like I did.

Jordan

Assistant Manager

I've been with the company now for 4 years and 5 months.

I started in Tucci Sunderland as Christmas temporary sales staff in 2009, after being made permanent staff I was promoted to supervisor in Aston in Metrocentre this was through hard work and an excellent sales record.

In October 2013 I progressed to Assistant Manager in Tucci Metrocentre and I'm currently enjoying the challenges that come with being part of a management team in a larger store.
