United Kingdom (UK) - Standard Delivery
This means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands. Our standard delivery is by DPD and will typically take 1 working days from dispatch. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email or text message from DPD with full details of when your order will arrive and a one hour delivery window. If you are going to be unavailable to sign for your package, DPD provide simple instructions to rearrange the delivery day and/or time. If you wish to change the delivery address, this too can be arranged with DPD once you have received your dispatch communication. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £6.00 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. All orders are fully trackable and dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage.
Europe (EU) - Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is by DPD using their Classic Service and will typically take up to 5 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £9.50 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. All orders are fully trackable and dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage. In the event that your order does not arrive within 14 days, you should contact one of our customer service advisors.
Rest of The World – Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take up to 10 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £17.50 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. In the event that your order does not arrive within 14 days, you should contact one of our customer service advisors.
